Engineering Design

The Engineering Design category aims to evaluate students' ability to develop innovative, functional and sustainable designs using engineering principles. In this category, participants analyze real-world problems, produce solutions with an engineering approach, and present their ideas as models, prototypes or technical designs.

During the design process, students apply the stages of problem analysis, research, planning, prototype development and testing to advance their projects. This process enables participants to combine creative thinking, technical design, system development and engineering applications.

This category encourages students to translate theoretical engineering knowledge into practical applications while also contributing to the development of teamwork, project management and technical presentation skills.
